Refund & Return Policy

At Luxe 9, we are dedicated to curating an ecosystem of sophisticated, high-quality interiors. We want you to love your selection. If something isn't quite right, we have a clear and transparent process to assist you.

1. Returns & Timeline

We offer a 15-day return window. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your piece must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused.

  • Retaining all original tags.

  • Enclosed in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete the process.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our team at hello@luxe9.in.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us right away at hello@luxe9.in. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products: Special orders, personalized items, or custom mockups.

  • Perishables & Personal Care: Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, flowers, or personal care goods.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: These are strictly non-returnable.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the standard eligibility requirements (unused, tags attached, original packaging).

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Processing: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Posting: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Delays: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@luxe9.in.
